These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of services offered by PV Sommercamp. This applies both live as well as any online services, events and workshops.
Agreement
You must accept the terms of trade at the conclusion of each purchase. You are encouraged to read the terms and conditions carefully. The agreement will be entered into in Danish / English and Danish legislation applies.
PV Sommercamp reserves the right to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. PV Sommercamp reserves the right to make typing errors, price errors and tax changes.
Prices & Payment
Prices are in DKK (without VAT) and are paid by card via Stripe when ordering.
You will receive an email confirming your pre-registration when the order is shipped. And an email from PV Sommercamp via Stripe when the payment is registered.
Right of withdrawal
Purchase of tickets is binding. You can not regret by simply refusing to participate in / receiving or by simply returning purchased products / services. No financial compensation is provided for non-participation in individual times on our course. For individual events and workshops, registration is binding and no right of withdrawal / compensation is granted in the event of non-participation. This will be stated at the current events and workshops.
Right of complaint
The 24-month warranty period does not apply to the purchase of services, so contact us immediately if you experience problems.
PV Sommercamp reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. The new version has no retroactive effect and the parties are only bound by the terms of trade that are online on the day the order is placed.
Registration is personal and can not be transferred to others, unless otherwise agreed with PV Sommercamp. It is possible for registered participants to hand over event tickets to a colleague when the registered participant is prevented from attending. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure or force majeure similar circumstances which are due to eg changed legislation, government measures, conflicts in the labor market, lock-down, pandemic, fire, floods, war, terror, sabotage, major accident or similar incidents, PV Sommercamp is considered exempted from its obligations under this Agreement. It will therefore not be possible to get the money refunded for planned or ongoing services, workshops, events or individual events. PV Sommercamp will postpone agreed services, workshops, events and stand-alone events.
Copyrights
PV Sommercamp and the speakers have all rights to the services provided, whether they are live, digital or printed. Upon purchase, a right of use for the purchased item is only obtained in connection with the event, unless otherwise stated.
